Jeff is a former studio musician with Perry Studios in Montreal, Canada and has 32 years of professional music experience. He is a consultant for Atlantic Records and ESPN as well as a featured guitarist and performer in hundreds of rock and jazz festivals, clinics and studios. Jeff’s body of work includes playing guitar on the Top 30 Canadian hit song “A Quoi Ca Sert” by Jacques Sylvain as well as currently performing with the jazz group Sea Journey and the rock group Go Cat Go.
Jeff graduated from the Berklee College of Music and Loyola University. He was the featured guitarist with the Loyola Big Band and Guitar Ensemble and studied with jazz greats Pat Metheny and Jimmy Bruno. Jeff also was a professor of guitar at SFCC for 12 years and created the SFCC Guitar Program. Jeff currently is the founder and president of the Guitar Institute of Florida.
